What Information We Collect
We collect personal information when you interact with our website, specifically when you submit our contact form (name, email address, phone number, and any message you provide) or request a free AI audit or consultation (the same details, plus any information you choose to share about your business during that process). We do not collect information automatically beyond what is necessary for the site to function, and we do not use tracking methods designed to build a profile of you across other websites.
Who We Share It With
We use a small number of trusted tools to run our business, and your information may pass through them: our email provider, to receive and respond to your enquiry, and Cal.com, to manage bookings if you schedule a call or audit with us. We do not currently use a CRM or other software beyond these. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information on the basis of consent, when you voluntarily submit the contact form or book a call, and legitimate interests, in following up on enquiries and delivering the service you have requested. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep enquiry and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver any service you have engaged us for, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. If we do not hear back from you and nothing progresses, we aim to delete enquiry data within 12 months.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data, ask for your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@veerway.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have handled your data incorrectly.
Cookies
This website uses Framer's built-in analytics, which measures visits to the site without using cookies or storing any information that identifies you personally. This is a privacy-friendly form of analytics, and no cookie consent is required for it. Beyond this, the site does not currently use any tracking, advertising or marketing cookies. If this changes in future, we will update this policy accordingly.
