About Us
Veerway is a trading name of Kajetan Kucharczyk, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@veerway.co.uk. Address: [Trading Address, to be confirmed]. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Veerway provides AI adoption consultancy services to small and medium sized businesses, including audits, workflow design, pilot delivery, and related advisory work, structured around our ADOPT framework.
Engaging Us for Further Work
Where you choose to engage us beyond the free audit, the specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for that work will be agreed separately in writing before work begins. These terms apply alongside any such agreement.
Intellectual Property
The ADOPT framework, our website content, and any materials we create as part of our general methodology remain the intellectual property of Veerway. Where we build a workflow or system specifically for your business as part of a paid engagement, ownership of that specific output will be set out in our agreement with you.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we aim to identify and deliver genuine value through our work, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including how a workflow is implemented and used within your business.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veerway's liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Confidentiality
Any business information you share with us during an audit or engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
